DAY Investments Limited ("the Provider") makes photographs, text, data, articles, source code, software, graphics and design (together, "the Content") available on this site. The Content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights, which remain at all times with the Provider or its licensors.
You may view and share pages of this site in the ordinary way a website is used, and you may quote short passages of our text with a link back to the page you took them from.
Photographs are a separate matter: they are licensed, not given away. A licence is acquired through this site, is evidenced by a Licence Certificate, and sets out exactly what the holder may do with the image. What each licence type permits is governed by the Standard and Extended Licence Terms and Conditions, Version 1.00 of 30 July 2026, which prevail over anything on this page.
Without a licence, or beyond the scope of the licence held, the photographs on this site may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, republished, transmitted, or made available to anyone else. This includes taking preview or watermarked files, removing or obscuring a watermark, and extracting images through automated means.
Two restrictions apply to every licence type and are worth stating here as well, because they are the ones most often overlooked:
Names, logos and get-up appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners. Where a photograph shows an identifiable person, private property, a work of art, a trade mark or a logo, further consent may be needed for a particular use; the Licence Terms explain who is responsible for obtaining it.
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, please write to us through the contact page with enough detail to identify the material and your claim, and we will look into it promptly.
If you come across one of our photographs being used somewhere it should not be, we would like to know. Clause 18 of the Licence Terms asks licence holders to tell us; anyone else is welcome to do the same.
